- A co-branded bill review and renewal calendar you can hand to a client under your own name.
- Named account attribution, status visibility and documented payout rules.
- No unauthorized remarketing to your clients. Ever.
- Training on market routing, evidence levels and what may and may not be claimed.

What we will not offer you
Lifetime residuals or permanent account ownership. Those promises are common in this category and they do not survive contact with a change of control, a licence transfer or a customer who revokes permission. What we offer instead is durable attribution with a defined tail, portability, and change-of-control language written down in an agreement. The customer keeps their own rights throughout and may revoke permissions at any time.
Why this channel works
A property manager, an accountant or a facilities firm already has the trust that a cold approach spends months trying to build. They also see the trigger events first: a lease commencing, a location opening, a portfolio changing hands, a bill that suddenly looks wrong. Those moments are when a commercial energy review is actually worth doing, and they are invisible from the outside.
What we would bring to that is the part that takes the most work: reading the tariff, running a defensible process, and being accountable for the arithmetic. The division of labour is clean, and neither side has to become the other.
How we measure a partnership
On qualified bills produced and outcomes delivered to your clients. Not on partners signed, which is a vanity number, and not on leads submitted, which rewards volume over fit. If a partnership is not producing work worth doing for your clients, we would rather say so than keep it on a list.
The program is not open yet. Partner agreements, attribution tracking and payout rules are specified but not operating, and we are not enrolling partners yet.
