Accountability
How content is reviewed
Every figure on this site traces to a published source and carries the date it was last updated. A named reviewer is listed here only once a person has actually read the page against its sources.
What a page claims
A page states what its figures are, where they come from and when they were last updated from that source. It does not imply a credentialed review that has not happened: we would rather say less than attach a credential we cannot back to a page about money. Reviewer names are published on this page, and on the data stamp of each page in scope, as each scope below is filled.
The review scopes
| Scope | What the reviewer signs off |
|---|---|
| Commercial procurement | Supplier process, contract terms, pass-through language, RFP mechanics |
| Tariff and rate schedule | Utility tariff readings, rate schedule fit, ratchet and demand structure |
| Regulatory and licensing | Per-state market classification, permitted acts, disclosure requirements |
| Calculation engine | Formulas, golden-bill validation, tolerance and version control |
What a reviewer is accountable for
Not a byline. A reviewer reads the page against primary sources, signs the data stamp with a date, and owns the correction if the page turns out to be wrong. That is why the role is named on the page and why the corrections log is public.
